1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of digital products (downloads, licenses, merchandise) from the Ramsi Aliani online shop.

2. Contract Formation

By submitting an order, the buyer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon sending an order confirmation by email.

3. Digital Content

For digital products, the download begins immediately after receipt of payment. The buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private use.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Payment via the offered payment methods.

5. Right of Withdrawal

For digital content provided immediately after contract conclusion, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of download (pursuant to § 356(5) BGB), provided the buyer has given explicit consent. For physical goods, the statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) applies.

6. Liability

The seller is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.

7. Governing Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of jurisdiction is Ratingen.
